2. Connect & Dream
Once I receive your inquiry, we’ll set up a time to talk—by phone, video, or email—whatever feels best for you. We’ll dive into the details of your wedding day, the moments that excite you, and your vision for the painting. After our conversation, I’ll send a personalized quote for your preferred canvas size (larger sizes available upon request).
3. Secure Your Date
When you’ve chosen your canvas, I’ll provide a contract and invoice for a 25% deposit to reserve your date. Your remaining balance is due one week before the wedding. Once your date is secured, it’s official—you’re on my calendar, and I’m honored to witness and translate your love story into art.
4. The Wedding Day Experience
On your wedding day, I arrive about three hours before the ceremony to set up and begin the background of your painting. I capture reference photos of the space and the special moment your painting will preserve. Throughout the celebration, I continue painting in a spot where guests can watch and engage. After the festivities, the painting returns to my studio, where I add delicate finishing touches to ensure it perfectly reflects your day.
5. A Timeless Keepsake
Your painting will be completed and ready to cherish within 8–12 weeks. Carefully packaged, it arrives at your home as a lasting memory—a tangible reflection of the love, joy, and beauty of your wedding day, meant to be treasured for a lifetime
